Kevios Terms of Service

One Kevios account lets you use Kevios Town, Kevios Saju and Kevios Challenge. These Terms govern the account, sign-up, account deletion and the prohibited conduct common to all services. Matters specific to each service are governed by its separate terms (the Kevios Saju Terms of Use and the Kevios Challenge Terms).

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Kevios (the "Service"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and the Operator in connection with the Service. In these Terms, the "Operator" means the party that operates the Kevios service. The Service consists of Kevios Town, Kevios Saju and Kevios Challenge. Kevios Town is an anonymous real estate community. Kevios Saju is an entertainment service that offers saju (Four Pillars) and compatibility readings based on date and time of birth, for fun. Kevios Challenge is a service for recording how well you keep the goals you set.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Post" means any information a user publishes on the Service, including posts, comments and images.
• "IP address" means the unique identifying address assigned when a user connects to the internet.
• "Kevios account" means the account obtained by signing up and used in common across all services.
• "Separate terms" means the terms that set the conditions of use for each service (the Kevios Saju Terms of Use and the Kevios Challenge Terms). Consent to separate terms is obtained when you first use that service (consent to the Kevios Challenge Terms is deemed given by agreeing to these Terms). Where separate terms differ from these Terms, the separate terms apply first to the use of that service. Saju information entered in Kevios Saju does not appear in your nickname, posts or comments on Kevios Town.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Service screen or announced to users. The Service may amend these Terms when necessary, and the amended Terms take effect 7 days after they are announced.

Article 4 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not do any of the following.

1. Posting another person's personal information, contact details, address or similar without permission
2. Using profanity, hateful or discriminatory language, or defaming a specific person
3. Spreading false information, or attempting to manipulate prices or public opinion
4. Posting content that violates the law, such as obscene material or illegal gambling
5. Interfering with the operation of the Service or placing an unreasonable load on its systems
6. Using another person's account, or entering false personal information
7. A child under 14 (or, when accessing from India, a person under 18) signing up by misrepresenting their eligibility

Article 5 (Collection and Retention of IP Addresses)

To prevent opinion manipulation and abuse, the Service collects and stores the IP address used when a user writes a post or comment. The details are as follows.

• Not shown on screen: Collected IP addresses are not shown on post or comment screens. Other users cannot see them on the Service. This is a transparency measure to discourage staged posts and opinion manipulation.
• Full IP retention: Full IP addresses are kept only in the Service's internal database and are accessed only by administrators or when there is a legal request. They are not disclosed to general users.
• IP collection at sign-up: The IP address at the time of sign-up is collected and used to prevent fraudulent sign-ups and to resolve disputes.
• Retention period: IP addresses are kept for the period set by the Protection of Communications Secrets Act (at least 3 months) and then destroyed. However, the retention period may be extended under the relevant laws when an investigative agency makes a lawful request.
• Consent to use: Signing up for the Service and writing posts is deemed consent to the above IP collection and retention policy.

Article 6 (Management of Posts)

If a user's post violates the law or these Terms, or infringes the rights of others, the Service may delete or hide the post (blind it), including by temporary measures under Article 44-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the "Information and Communications Network Act").

• Report threshold (10 or more reports from accounts at least 3 days old): automatic temporary hiding
• Hiding is kept or lifted after administrator review
• Requests for temporary measures under the Information and Communications Network Act are received through the Service's report function
• For any other request about posts, please email [email protected]

Article 7 (Age Restriction)

Children under 14 may not use the Service. If a user is found to be under 14, the account and related data are deleted immediately. If you access the Service from India, only people aged 18 or older may sign up and use it.

Article 8 (Restriction of Use)

If a user violates these Terms, the Service may restrict their use of the Service temporarily or permanently. As a rule, prior notice is given before a restriction, but in urgent cases the restriction may be applied immediately and notice given afterward.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information, materials or facts posted by users, and does not intervene in transactions or disputes between users. In particular, posts about real estate investment or transactions are for reference only, and the Service is not liable for their content. However, this limitation does not apply to damage caused by the intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the Operator.

Article 10 (Advertising and Data Analysis)

The Service may analyze usage records such as board activity, searches, page views, clicks, content exposure time, time spent and regions selected on the market map, in order to improve the Service and provide advertising, regional real estate interest, monthly rent and lease interest, and industry and policy interest reports.

• Ads may be shown based on the context of the board, post, region or search.
• As a rule, data provided externally is aggregate statistics by region, period and topic.
• Raw data that could identify a specific member, IP or session is not provided to advertisers or partners.
• If the Service introduces personalized advertising combined with personally identifiable information or third-party advertising tools, it will separately notify users of the items collected, purposes of use, retention period and how to refuse.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's address.
